Checking a Dolby IMS3000 security certificate expiration date
The original security certificate expiration date for Dolby IMS3000 server was set to expire on December 31, 2025. Once expired, the server will no longer be able to play secure content. Dolby issued a technical bulletin in 2023 advising owners of this matter. Most users updated their security certificates at that time. These updates were outlined in the Dolby bulletin linked below:
Checking the certificate expiration date on an IMS3000 is very easy.
1. From the home page, select DIAGNOSTICS
2. From the DIAGNOSTICS menu select MEDIABLOCK
3. Your certificate information is on the bottom left of the page.
