GDC TMS shows incorrect time in scheduler view after daylight savings time change
There is a known glitch in the GDC TMS system that occurs immediately after the beginning and end of daylight savings time each year. While the time shift actually occurs at 2AM, the scheduler red line current time display in the TMS does not register it for 24 hours. This glitch affects only the display. The shows actually start at the correct time.
In the illustration above you can clearly see that the clock in the computer taskbar shows 3:56PM yet the red line on the scheduler shows 4:56PM. As previously stated, this is an error in the display only. Scheduled shows will start at the time that they were scheduled for.
Rebooting the TMS will not clear this issue. The TMS should be allowed to run as usual and it will correct itself within the next 24 hours.
GDC is aware of this issue. This will occur twice a year.
While most integrations with POS systems appear to be working correctly, we have a report that one of the POS systems is posting times correctly. We will update this KB record accordingly.
