Rebooting a GDC SR1000 IMB Server

Experience has shown us that when servers are left running for an extended period without a reboot, the incidence of playback problems (stuttering, skipping, freezing, etc) goes up dramatically.  We therefore advise all of our support clients to perform a weekly or at least a bi-weekly reboot of their servers.

Rebooting a GDC SX Series server is very easy.  Navigate to the DASHBOARD page and click the RESTART button at the bottom of the page.
